The CT Rush organization offers a , pre-professional development opportunity for men, typically around 21 years old, through the USL League Two system. 

This league is recognized as a key pathway, or "Path2Pro" program, for elite collegiate players to gain competitive experience while maintaining their NCAA eligibility, with over 66% of its players coming from NCAA Division I programs. 

The USL League Two season is structured to run from early May to mid-July, culminating in a playoff structure that includes divisional and conference semifinals, leading to a national final in early August. 

Historically, the league has been highly successful in advancing players to the professional ranks: over 70% of MLS draftees since 2010 have USL Two experience, and more than 70 players have been capped for the U.S. Men's National Team. 

The league emphasizes community roots, with over half of its clubs being directly affiliated with a youth club.
