Men and women in Connecticut and Massachusetts Rush clubs can participate in the NECSL's U23 programs. With more than 1,500 member teams and 75 member clubs, the New England Club Soccer League upholds merit-based play and advancement. With its mission of "Develop, Challenge, and Compete," the NECSL teaches and supports its core values of integrity, respect, perseverance, collaboration, and inclusivity.

The NECSL hosts the U23 Summer Showcase League for elite-level men and women who aspire to advance to the collegiate and professional levels. Teams from Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island can participate in the Summer Showcase, which runs during June and July.
