Coach Dariusz (Darek) Panol joined our Rush family in the summer of 2021 as the Select DOC and since has been promoted to the club's Technical Director. As a former Syracuse University standout and current USSF A License coach, he brings years of coaching experience on all levels to our program; which includes 15 years of college-level coaching as men's Head Coach at Utica College & Pitt-Bradford and an assistant at Cazenovia College & JCC at Olean NY. In addition to his college experience, he has worked with multiple top-level youth soccer club programs in our region as a coach and a Director of Coaching. In addition to his role with the club as the TD, Coach Darek is currently working with NYW and NYE regions as the USSF Grassroots instructor. Currently Coach Darek is working with our Syracuse Rush 2009 Boys and 2007 Girls, as well as our Northeast Rush Select 2011 Boys team which will be attending events in Disney and Italy to compete against top level domestic and international youth teams.
