NEWTONVILLE, Massachusetts, Monday, October 11, 2021: Northeast Rush today announced a partnership with Needham Soccer Club for the organization and delivery of the 45-year celebration of the Needham Memorial Day Tournament. The inaugural Northeast Rush College Showcase will run in conjunction with the tournament on May 27-30th, 2022.
“We are delighted to be part of one of the oldest, successful, and renowned tournaments in the country,” stated Craig Thomas, Chief Executive Officer of Northeast Rush. “The addition of tournaments is important to club development, and working with Mark and such a prestigious event is an exciting opportunity.”
The Needham Memorial Day Tournament (NMDT) is one of the longest-running and well-respected events on the soccer calendar, attracting elite teams locally and from all over the world. Northeast Rush will provide access to top competition as well as a vast network of college coaches.
